How we approach it
Encapsulation binds the surface of the sheeting and its laps and fixings under a continuous coating, so fibres are locked in and water is kept out. Applied from inside, the roof is sealed and insulated in one operation; applied outside, a protective top coat extends the life of the covering by years. Either way, nothing is broken up, so there is no licensed removal, no skips and no hazardous waste bill.
We survey the sheets first and tell you honestly whether encapsulation is appropriate — badly degraded or structurally unsound roofs need a different answer. Work is documented, insured, and normally completed with the building still in use.
